Norwich Revitalization Program
The Norwich Revitalization Program opened in February 2022 and has closed as of December 2025. The program funds are fully committed.
Norwich Community Development Corporation (NCDC) and the City of Norwich created the Norwich Revitalization Program (NRP) as a vehicle for implementation of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) in response to the negative economic impact of COVID-19.The Norwich Revitalization Program has been successfully administered by NCDC since 2022 and has activated over 970,000 square feet of commercial space.Â
The NRP provided up to 50% cost reimbursements for projects under $600,000.00 To date, 30 projects have been funded and â…” of those are complete. Funding has been fully allocated for this program but we are always seeking new sources of funds to support another round of NRP awards.
