Come Home to Downtown Project
In January of 2015, the City of Norwich and NCDC were selected to participate in year 3 of the Connecticut Main Street Program’s award-winning Come Home to Downtown program. This technical assistance was earned via a competitive grant application process. The Connecticut Main Street center, and their team of experts will help NCDC complete valuable pre-development work regarding the Reid and Hughes Building.
